What does the role entail?

You will be part of our central Legal function, which is part of the unit Legal, Compliance & Sustainability. Here, we work to enable business and ensure compliance in a dynamic environment in line with the company's strategy.

We offer a varied role where you will have the opportunity to grow into your position and work closely with the business. You will be involved in shaping the future legal support within the technology sector. You will be part of a competent team with a culture characterized by respect, collaboration, and commitment.

The role may include the following tasks:

• Drafting and reviewing contracts
• Conducting legal risk assessments and providing advice
• Developing and maintaining business document templates, general terms, and guidelines
• Developing and applying AI as a legal tool
• Contributing to ensuring that the business meets legal, customer, and owner requirements
• Conducting screening assessments of business relationships
• Contributing to process and method improvements
• Monitoring developments in the legal areas for which the function is responsible
• Coordinating legal documentation such as internal governing documents, procedures, and policies

Who are we looking for?

We believe you have a paralegal education with at least three years of work experience or are a recent law graduate with a maximum of two years of work experience. You also have:

• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
• The ability to express yourself well in both spoken and written Swedish and English

To thrive in this role, we believe you are curious, have high integrity, and can communicate clearly and effectively. Personal suitability will be of great importance.

As the position involves work that may be subject to defense secrecy, you will need to undergo and be approved in a security clearance.
